• Why do you think Jenny left Forrest the morning after they had spent the night together?
• What did Forrest have to do with the Smiley?
• Which disease did Jenny have?
• The film was made in 1994. Do you think the film is one that you'll be able to watch in 20 years from now? Why, why not?

Facts about the USA

Hi folks!

Well, did you manage to learn all the cities? I must admit I didn't... However, I know more now than I did before.

In order to travel thrugh the States, it's important that we learn some more facts about this country. Let's have a look in Wings 8, textbook page 124-125. First, see to that you understand the vocabulary on page 125. Second, read the headlines. Do you know the answers without reading the text?

We're going to read the text together in class. On your own, translate the different paragraphs into Swedish. Write it in a word document and share it with me.

For a start, you'll need to know something about the country's geography. Learn some of the biggest cities by using Seterra. Also, read and listen to this YouTube clip. Biggest cities. When you're done, find out in which states these cities are situated. Write down your facts in a Word document. Please make a few comments about what you saw in the video. Did the cities look the way you thought they would?
Create a new file in Google Drive, name it  with your own name + the USA and share it with me, please. In this file you'll be able to place all the work you do in this project.
